I’ve experienced horrible customer service from many companies during my time as an adult consumer. However, I’ve never had a company representative come to my house and fall asleep while he’s trying to resolve my problem.
Granted, the sleeping man in the video below shouldn’t fall asleep on the job (literally). However, he was on hold with his own company for about an hour before he started to slumber. Listening to dead air or worse, Musak, is enough to make anyone drowsy.
