It's Christmas and that means I’ll be preparing my husband’s favorite meal – Kotopoulo Youvetsi. Greg LOVES it and always requests it for Christmas dinner.
Years ago, I found the perfect special occasion recipe in one of my many Greek cookbooks - The Foods of the Greek Islands: Cooking and Culture at the Crossroads of the Mediterranean, by Aglaia Kremezi and Jim Botsacos. It sounded delicious and proved to be even better than I expected.
